These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services operated by JCR AOX Designs ("we," "us," or "our"), doing business as The Grit Lab, based in Clovis, California. By using our site, submitting a contact form, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Custom Orders

Our mouthguards are custom-fabricated to your dental impressions. Because each guard is made to order, all sales are final once production begins. If a guard has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will repair or rebuild it under our rebuild guarantee.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our mouthguards are protective equipment, not medical devices. They reduce — but do not eliminate — the risk of injury. You use them at your own risk. Consult a dentist or physician if you have specific dental or medical concerns.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from JCR AOX Designs related to your inquiry, order status, fitting appointments, and account updates.

  • Message frequency varies based on your activity with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support, or contact us at lab@jcraoxdesigns.com.
  • Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We will never share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — logos, images, copy, and design — is owned by JCR AOX Designs. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCR AOX Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
